When you book direct you certainly will be picked by a driver from safari park but you have to pay $ 15 /person for pick up and drop. You better hire a driver and he will wait for you there and you can still go somewhere else with him without having to hurry. You can contact my driver(Ketut)in( holidaybali@aol.com). He is great person, speak good english and reliable driver. I've used him several times and everything went perfectly.
