he does discard the old ink after each client! How do I know?? I have spent a bit of time sitting around talking and watching, not in the sterile area, but in the shop. And when power is out they close because Tattoo guns don't work without power!! Always new needles, sterile equipment, new caps and new ink! Fresh gloves, no smoking in the shop and if we have a break or he answers the phone, fresh gloves! Plenty of disinfectant, covers and glad wrap, all changed after each client! Unfortunately in saying all that, there are a huge number there that are not even close to the standard and some which are just disease bins!
