the report says "person" they didn't say it was a guy that got HIV. There are some shonky tattoos done in Bali, I'm not surprised if HIV is spread through one of the shonky operators. If I'd had a tat done there I'd be getting checked. Actually I'd be getting checked anyway, even with a tat done in Australia. You never know.
