located. You reach the island by road (it is off the Bypass).
It is somewhere you probably would not spend a lot of time - half and hour was enough for us to look around, see the turtles they had & listen to the guy explain about their work.
It is just off Serangan Island that the Dolphin Lodge is located, with the boats leaving from the beach just down the road from TCEC.
There is not a lot to see or do out there apart from these 2 things, if you are in Sanur it's worth the short drive to TCEC to make a donation for a good cause & to see the turtles up close.
