I did the Lobong cooking class in June with my 2 best friends and it was the highlight of our trip. I would do it again in a flash. Small class of about 8. We all got to help prepare the food. It was in a beautiful family compound so we got to meet the family and learnt so much about their family life and rituals. The host was fantastic and his English was very good. The food we made was amazing. It was a great day.
