opposite Hardies, Jl Danau Tamblingan No. 68. It is a couple of shops south of Kapal-Laut the jewellery shop I also mentioned.
They don't really advertise the fact that they will alter the designs for you so you need to ask.
Like most shops in Bali they keep a stock of different sizes & colours behind the counter so if you see something you like but not in your size, just ask. They will make up in your size too if they don't have stock. The fabrics are good quality & the designs are styles that you would wear at home (unlike a lot of stuff available in Bali!!)
