Ibisa is a few shops north of the big Uluwatu Lace shop on Jl Tamblingan, same side of the street. It is an upmarket resort wear type of boutique, very good quality clothes (expensive for Bali but you would pay at least double the price for the same type of clothes in Australia).
They have some nice leather sandals (go up to size 41 which is one size too small for my big feet damn it!!) and lovely jewellery (simple pieces, silver with petrified coral & semi-precious stones), straw totes with snakeskin straps etc.
Cafe Bamboo is a bit trickier for me to explain the location of, I looked for a nearby landmark but it was kind of in no mans land on the beachfront! If you were walking North along the beach path from the Puri Santrian it is about 5 mins walk further North from the Stiff Chilli. At night they have blue "icicle" type lights hanging from the trees & big round lanterns. It is easy to spot at night as that part of the beachfront is quite dark & the cafe is lit up like a Christmas tree :-) I intend going for a walk right up the beach path on Boxing Day morning (going to have to work off some of that Christmas brunch from tomorrow!) so will see if I can find a nearby landmark/hotel & post details for you.
