I stay there all the time, have been there about 10 times, just got back in november, the standard rooms are being refurbished, all rooms have air conditioning, bar fridge, cable tv, breakfast is included in your cost, and 5 mins walk to kuta market and matahari's, and 2 min walk to supernova, if u want to know anything else, feel free to ask, i'm heading back there again in march.
