Kodak on Kartika street was ripping people off years ago (2005) on my firt trip. I'm sure not much has changed. As I was having money changed, a couple came in pissed off saying that they had been ripped off. Sure enough their money wasn't right. We checked ours at that moment yes they tried ripping us as well..
