Once you have the card the calls are V/cheap using a special code to ring/Txt Australia.
Prices of the cards vary. someone will let you know the current price. 50,000rp gives about 6 weeks use unless you run out of credit and re-charge the card and the expiry date changes.
Pay extra with Simpatti and you can have unlimited internet access on your phone or use phone as a wifi access point. I paid 50,000rp extra for 14 days. That was adequate for me.
