When we were there in August we looked in an outdoor shop in Double Six, just round the corner from Jl Legian on north side of street.
They had a good range of clothing, luggage, backpacks etc. I think they had boots and the stuff I looked at was reasonably priced; I was tempted to buy some things.
Sorry I don't recall the name of the store.
