Sorry do not know exact address but if you are standing at the Ubud markets looking at the Royal Palace turn right heading away from Ubud, walk until you get to a side street with a sign saying SMILE shop, turn left and the shop is on your left.....about a 5 minute walk from the markets, parking is alongside the shop, only a 2 room size shop, mostly run by expat volunteers.
