I've tried a couple of times and the recipes are below.
You need to keep the temperature low. The brew works best when kept at 15 degrees during fermentation. I put my 30L fermenter in a large plastic container which I then filled with cold water and used bottles of frozen water changed daily to keep the water temperature low for 3 weeks.

Bintang is basically Heinekin so if you find a Heinekin clone recipe try that.

Recipe 1
• Blackrock Blonde Pilsener kit
• 1kg of Ultrabrew
( 500g light malt/250g maltodextrin/250g Dextrose)
• Sazz hops (12g in a tea bag)
• Safelager Yeast (s-23)
• sugar syrup added to brew rather than sugar in bottles

Recipe 2
• Blackrock Blonde Pilsener kit
• #20 Malt Plus Booster (250g Maltodextrin, 250g Dextrose, 500g Malt Extract)
• Morgan's Saaz Finishing Hops
• Morgan's Ale Yeast
• sugar syrup added to brew rather than sugar in bottles
