Sari Beach Hotel

Having trouble checking availabilty at sari beach hotel.

Their site leads you to a booking agent response saying no prices yet (?) & direct email got a response saying they can't confirm due to the rooms still on hold for booking agent.

Shall i assume there are no rooms ? or has anyone got any ideas how I can truly find out.
