The on road polisi must have a 50% strike rate when pulling tourists over for:-
No licence.
Improper bike paperwork.
and 100% rate on
No helmet
Wheel over the line
Driving with lights on / off to suit.
As in any country, have a compliant licence or permit, wear a helmet and follow simple road rules, even though it appears that no one else does.
