NYE tickets

Hi, we arrive at 10pm on the 29th December and have never been to Bali at this time of year before. We would like to do something fun for NYE but not sure how busy restaurants and bars will be.

Do we need to book into venues or buy tickets?

Whats peoples recommendations. We are staying at the All Seasons in Legian and they don't have a compulsory NYE dinner.
