Sometimes pick up a Subway for on board, a cold pizza would be fine packed away until you want to use it. I have seen many families feed the kids from snacks they supply themselves. Tip; take a bag for the rubbish, I have seen big messes left by kids. You have probably thought about things to keep them occupied i.e. colour pencils and books are good. Have a great trip!
