anything that is on your back ..... If you use a bumpack turn it around and have the contents in front of you .... ditto for a back pack .... the only time I ran into trouble was in the Rome airport and I wasn't even aware that someone was rifling through my "stuff" until I was on the plane and went looking for my wallet. Sure learnt the hard way!
