Demobilized yesterday from a very serene four days in Ubud.
Didn't realise what hit me when we booked into the Allseasons in Legian when I felt as though I was a hundred years old compared to all the schoolies in and around the pool- about fifty of them. Made a hasty retreat to the room and peered through the blinds. Yep there they were drinking and having fun and I guess planning their nights activities.
Went for a walk and quickly realised that all the young men must have been flat broke cos none of them could afford shirts! Much to my wifes pleasure. Pity the girls are so cashed up. lol.
All in all I was very impressed with the behaviour and manners of all the young Aussie schoolies. Well done.
