JL Bumi Ayu, go up the lane and turn left at the top the property is on the left. My brother in law stayed there with my nephew, he booked it on the net. Currenty offered at $33 a night online. Rooms are clean and comfortable, small pool etc. The only problem is if he is coming in the wet season the laneway floods but you can still negotiate the walk to the road :)
