villa business for 20 years and even in the worst times after the bombs never went below $300.00. Haven't discounted at all for 5 years now.
What is wrong with these places that they have to discount so much at peak season? The price you are quoting is the price of one hotel room in a 3 to 4 star pub so seems unbelievable that you can get a large villa at peak season for the cost of staff wages, power and overheads. Assume it must be illegal (unlicenced) as surely the price can't include 10% VAT.
