Definately Bike tour -mostly downhill and a great lunch afterwards -suggest Bali Bike Baik tours they have a web address
Safari Park -with Jack the driver/tour guide -search the forum for his details his brother owns a dvd shop.
Go to Tanah Lot, monkey forest, ubud for Babi Guling (suckling pig).
A day trip booked with driver should cost 400,000 dont book tours before hand
Tips, don't pre book airport transfers, cheaper and easy to go right at the airport entrance and the taxi window has pre paid taxis with set price.
Look for mid range money changers, too high and you might get conned. When changing money I suggest doing it in muliples of 10, easy to calculate and be the last on to touch the cash after you count it.
Don't buy drugs -it is illegal and plenty of informants who will dob you in for extra cash!
Don't hire a motorbike unless you have a license for one in Canada and an international license. You may find travel insurance wont cover any accidents.
$25 us for visa when you arrive
departure tax in rupiah when you leave (not sure of amount)
Take sunscreen as its expensive over there.
Take raspberry syrup and take a swig each day to help with Bali Belly.
Have fun!!
Hope this is a start for you
