Used their insurance many, many times & I've had at least two claims with them, one large one of a few thousand. Both paid out with no problems (as long as you've got all your paperwork in order of course!), easy to deal with.
Read the fine print of course (I have in detail) and seems to give good all round cover. Very happy with them : )
