At the moment it looks as if the cheaper option for me is to get my frames in Bali, since the refund on frames with my health fund is very small and the frames are considerably cheaper, and get my transitions/graduated focus lenses here and claim a refund. HBF used to pay out on overseas specs which was great, but don't now. I use one of the three at Bali Galleria Mall for my frames.
