The old school aristocracy have always thought they were above the law and is where the term 'peer pressure' came from.
Snobs are those who would be if they could be :)Painful creatures.
There is no doubt in my mind that the breakdown of the family unit is a massive contributer to kids problems. I don't mean a Dad or Mum who leaves. Sadly it is very common these days for children not to have any family around at all.
Social disadvantage could be just as serious as economic disadvantage.
