We stayed in Legian and there where a few there early in the week but by the end of the week lots more turned up. Mostly not to loud but was a bit annoyed when they where climbing the walls of the hotel to be able to jump into the pool from the floor above the swim up bar. They also took it upon them selves to break every pool floatie into a few pieces as well as puncture the little kids toy blowup pool rings so they had nothing to swim in.
On the streetdidnt really see them much so maybe out in the surf or at the bar.
