I remember the sometimes errant reporting about legionnaires disease:-

I remember reports that all flesh must be covered on Kuta beach by Govt. decree:-

I clearly remember reports about bad Arak in Lombok.....which is near Bali:-

I am aware of current Govt. warnings about travel to Bali (Thought that Julia was just there??):-
But I still keep going.
I see now the rampant schoolie epidemic is ruining the place:-

I am aware of the fact that gullible and defenceless Aussie kids are locked up for little reason in Bali:-
But I will still keep going.
I am aware that "Time" mag thinks that Bali is a rubbish dump:-

And even though my sheets may only get changed every few days and my towels changed only every couple of days (OK this is self inflicted!!)
and Bintang has gone up Rp5,000 or whatever, I will continue to travel to The Island of the Gods.
I must be an awfully slow learner.....and thank goodness for that.
