I see nothing has changed. I went to a lot of trouble in contacting Jetstar and speaking to staff in Darwin who assured me that this was never going to happen again. It happened on my last flight in April and it was a mess, no one knew where to get the incoming cards. Some lazy Jetstar staff need a good kick in the b..m as all they have to do is pick up this paperwork on their return flight to Darwin or other port in Australia.
