arrived on garuda flight from melbourne yesterday afternoon (sunday)because our flight was 2 hours late leaving, (as it departed bali 2 hours late on staurday night, because of obama departing0 immigration line was huge due to many flights arriving around the same time, took over an hour to get out of the airport compound as doing renovations at the airport,got to my hotel around 5 pm, weather is very hot and very humid, rate dropped to 8900, as i haven't been for 12 months, there is a lot of things being built, and changed, went for a walk to the bali memorial this morning, got road works in different places, and bemo corner has a different statue there now.
am here for a week!!!
