Jimbaran bay

Hi
I am taking a first timer to Bali this weekend and want
To do the jimbaran bay thing, I havent been to Jim bay for a few
Yrs and always used to go to sharkeys which is no
Longer around...does anyone have any favourites they can recommend?
Also what time shall we arrive? Staying in kuta so I'm guessing
About 45mins traffic time...was considering trying rock bar for a drink
First, how far away is rock bar to Jim bay?
