Try Takahi Hot porous capsicum patches,RP 10,000 for a box of 10 and can be sourced from Lhaksmi Therapy lebak bene 6 x (turn right off melasti st coming from the beach and half way round the s bend at the bottom on the right hand side.
They are very similar to salon pas and are very effective.
