Hi There I have flown Pac Blue and jetstar, I thought jetstar was better but that is just my personal opinion. Pac Blue changed our flight form direct to via melbourne on the way home which turned into a major challenge flying with kids. The cabin aircon was freezing and they had no blankets. Our departing flight was also delayed 1 hour from Sydney airport. Everything else fine. Maybe we just had a bad experience. I think all airlines have there pro's and con's but it is only a small part of your holiday spent on the plane. Not sure if still the case but we we flew you could only pay for food and drinks a with credit card no cash accepted... Hope you have a great holiday....
