I've never seen goerat tattoo pickup ink straight from the bottle,Agung pours the colours needed into individual small containers for the ink pickup. Any left over is binned, have seen this with my own eyes several times now.
I'm sure that any good tattooist would not do what you describe as any blood in the ink would change the consistency and make it harder to work with over time. BTW if you know of any doing this you should mention names.
