we bought ours at Silver Instinct in garlic Lane. We paid approximately $22 for the name bracelets, which look fantastic and a little bit more for the necklace. You can get a discount if you buy a few of them. They are Sterling Silver. My sister's chain broke on her bracelet last April, I took it back in September, and they fixed it for nothing....They do a very good job
