Only use a registered driver, with a car of which the registration plates have a special tag. If the driver is unlicensed and is stopped by police, the driver gets arrested, the car is seized and you may be in for a long walk to hotel, restaurant or airport.
Also check if the driver has a driver's licence.
Hopefully the here recommended drivers have their documents in order. If not, your travel insurance may become void in case of an accident. Do not resort to bribe the police.
