Alam Shanti questions

Will be arriving about 4 hrs before check in time at the Alam Shanti and are wondering if we will be able to use the main pool in that time. If so will they provide us towels or are they allocated to the room (if so will take a couple of our own).

We are booked into the Yamuna room and wanted to know if there is a safety deposit box in the room or at reception.

Any other info that may be helpful regarding the Alam Shanti please as this will be our first stay in Ubud.
