Sorry no idea, they were for my sister's fancy dress shop and she rented them out so cost wasn't much of an issue. The Elvis one was expensive though something in the hundreds as it had this huge embroidered eagle or something on the back of the cape.
You can cut costs down by having cheap material used......... also Bali unrelated but you could check on ebay they have heaps of fancy dress costumes for sale.
