appear to have risen dramatically since the last time I had a FF reward flight to Bali. It is really not worth using FF points if you are flying in the off peak season. By the time you remove the "taxes" (Qantas's euphamism for the extra surcharges they lay on....) the actual cost of the flight in the off season is minimal.
