I like all of Bali!! We always stay 3/5 nts at Sanur (SBV)Never had a drunken BBQ though!! Have done the cooking class excellent!!!
We are in our fifties, like a beer or two and a chat or not!!!
When you do go to Sanur maybe take a ride down to Mertasari Beach and pop in to(not on the beach!!) Mangrove Beach villas (SBV) and just have a peek around and see for yourself the type of accomodation it offers...you may be pleasantly surprised... or not, but at least you will know yourself what is available.
We have friends who stay at Villa Shanti and love the location.right in the middle of the Sanur strip on the beach.....I agree and think it is perfect for families to enjoy all that Sanur has to offer! :)
