There are cheaters in every country. It's up to every individual to be alert and informed at home or abroad. Some Australian guy tried to cheat me last week. That doesn't make all Australians, lying cheats. If a person visits another country, take the time to gather information on the destination. The visitor is in unfamiliar territory, which makes them vulnerable. A holiday overseas can be a fantastic experience, but there can also be a number of dangers and risks which can be greatly reduced if the visitor takes the time to become informed.
