I have no doubt that some organisations are less than totally honest, as with all "charitable organisations" globally.
However it is an extremely broad brush that paints them ALL in this way.
We have made donations in the past, not cash to an adult, but neccessary and nice things for the kids, and the smiles of gratitude were absolutely genuine I assure you.
We will be doing this again in the future using the same method, and have totally clear consciences in doing so.
I will see if I can find some rose coloured glasses for the kids.....I am sure that their worlds need a little brightening up.
