There are drivers readily available on the street everywhere. You can negotiate a price for the day and can pretty much get a driver on the spot. Depending on the type of vehicle and how many people i would suggest cost would be around 400 to 500k for the day. Tannah Lot is not that far from the Kuta/Legian area.
