We recently stayed at the Puri Raja & they have a photographer advertising there as does the Melasti. We had photos done at the Melasti about 6 years ago and they came out nice. Can't remember the prices but it wasn't alot. There are also a couple of guys that do the wedding pics at the Mandira so you could go there and ask as well. Have seen their work from a wedding we attended there in May and they were beautiful.Good luck.
