Sate Bali Seminyak or Canggu

Hi i am interested in booking sate bali cooking class in 2 wks. Will be staying at Kumala Pantai so Seminyak is closer, Can anyone tell me what the Canggu class is like because if it is nicer/newer kitchen or aircon I don't mind travelling to get to it.

Also love feedback from anyone who has done it. Starts at 9.30am = what is finish time?
