I booked our recent accomodation thriugh Expedia at the Pullman Nirwana.
Was very happy with the hotel but the expedia confirmation email and conditions were too hard to understand accuratley.
When I booked it was for a prepaid credit card rate, which I took to mean that they would debit my card immediately.
This did not happen until a couple of days before check-in.
That was ok except the rate I had booked didn't have taxes included, which, from what I had interpreted on their booking and confirmation I thought was included.
This ended up costing us an extra $400 or so taking our nightly rate to $180 from about $140, which I was prepared to pay.
So, a two words of warning!!
Be Careful.....
