Try Lisa at Travelscene Swansea, she is so knowledgeable on Garuda fares, we use her all the time, her email is "lisa@travelsceneswansea.com.au". I know they have sales on at the moment I think they go until Sept 2012, but just ask her she will know.
Those prices you quoted are too high for economy, usually around $880 each return, so just email her and she will be able to help you, she is fantastic.
