This decision may have also come about regarding complaints made about a particularly ugly incident where their pool staff continued to serve somoene who was obviously drunk. It reached the point where he exposed himself to the young girl in the bar and jumped in the pool naked. At this point a number of guests rang reception and security , sorry two dressed in security uniforms arrived, they tried to negotiate with the drunk. It finally reached the point where we called one of the security guards over and said deal with it or we check out. The security guard finally took it seriously and got him out , now it was quite ok to challenge me at the front gate with the number cans of coke i had , but not ok to deal with an obnoxious aussie who gives our country a bad name.
We leave soon and will put in writing to management our disgust and suggestions as to how their staff should handle these situations , return to the melasti, most likely not.
