Hi my husband is pure veg and has no trouble at all. Good bets are always Indian (try Gateway to India at Bemo corner) they have an extensive veg menu.

Also you will find that most local restaurants are happy to cook Nasi Goreng or other local dishes for you - just ask for no egg, fish sauce etc.

Batan Waru in Tuban has some great veg options on their indonesian menu.

Chanddi in Seminyak - did a good veg satay collection with tofu and tempeh.

You won't have any trouble.
