Puri Raja vers Puri Damai

Any comments on the above 2 hotels need some help as husband wants to stay at Puri Damai and I would like to stay at Puri Raja
Havent stayed at either before looking for somewhere new as will Never stay at Melasti again .. very run down and too many silly rules thanks for all comments Karen
