If a school has to pay $1200 minimum for your visa it is unlikely you will get a paid position with visa for only 3 months. If you take a job with no work visa you risk being exported and or jailed and also rental costs are considerably higher per month. Be aware they are cracking down at the moment on foreigners working in Bali with out visas.
